If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt.

For a return to be accepted:

• Products must be in their original condition
• Unused and undamaged
• With their complete original packaging

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the return is accepted, you can choose between:

1- Return on your own
You can send the package using the shipping company of your choice. In this case, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. If the return is made from a country outside the EU, any customs costs will be deducted from the refund.

2- Return with prepaid label
We can arrange it for you by sending a return label. Please note that the cost of this service is the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to use this option, please email us at info@beatrizpalacios.es indicating the country from which the return will be made, and we will provide you with a personalized quote. The corresponding return cost will be deducted from the refund.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased products and are interested in another product or a different size, please return the items following the return instructions above and simply purchase the new piece separately at beatrizpalacios.com
