All our pieces are handcrafted using traditional jewelry techniques. This process may result in slight variations, making each piece unique.

We work with silver, 18K gold-plated silver, precious stones, pearls, and biomaterials. We also make  solid 18K gold pieces on request (please contact us via Atelier (link a atelier) for further information).

If your piece requires restoration, we recommend contacting us for repair or refurbishment at info@beatrizpalacios.es

We recommend putting your jewelry on last, after skincare, make-up and perfume, to avoid contact with these products.
Although it may seem otherwise, regular wear helps prevent tarnish from developing. That said, it is important to remove your pieces before exercising, showering, swimming or washing your hands.
For storage, keep each piece separately.

We take care of each piece throughout its making to ensure its quality and longevity. If your piece ever requires it, we will be available to review it and offer the most suitable solution.
We offer an in-house repair service, with costs depending on the nature of the work required.
If, over time, you wish to renew the gold plating of your pieces, please contact us at info@beatrizpalacios.es and we will provide a quote.
